These Frankenstein projects have been turning up all over Splitcoast recently and I thought it would be fun to incorporate 'Frankie' into the Big Shot class tomorrow. I guess I'm in a holiday mood because I made a few Halloween projects for tomorrow as well as a Christmas card! This particular project is a Genie Bag--like the type I made for everyone at last year's Christmas party. My bags are a modified version of the ones featured in this Splitcoast tutorial which can be found HERE. My cardstock panels are 5.5" x 8.5" which makes them longer so that I can punch the handle in at the top using a Mega Oval Punch. Frankie was made simply using the new Top Note Sizzix Die which is a SU! exclusive. Using some punches and creative cutting and drawing, Frankie was done in a flash! This is such a fast and easy way to make cute goodie bags for Halloween! You can even make a girl version by switching the hair to Pixie Pink if you'd like :-)! These are also great for cards--start with a green card base and go from there. I just realized that I forgot some bolts coming out of Frankie's head so I'm going to have to add those. Well, I am going to get hoppin' on the rest of my preparations for tomorrow's class! Thanks for stopping by.

I just love the way that top not lends itself to becoming a cute frankie face. Great job!
