Sisters Canvas

My friend Jessie celebrated a birthday yesterday and I decided to make her a canvas using some pics that I recently took of her and her sisters and mom. Jessie has been doing a little redecorating around her home and she has started a 'sisters' wall. She and her sisters have been through thick and thin together and have recently dealt with the loss of two sisters within the past two years. Needless to say, it's been a difficult time for their family. One of her sons recently celebrated a birthday so a bunch of Jessie's family came for the party and it was a great time to snap a few pics. Again, you know how much I love pretending to be a professional photographer! The canvas was kept pretty simple. I found some sticker quotes about sisters and I chose paper to match the colors on them and really didn't embellish at all other than the quotes. I keep looking at it thinking I should add some stuff, but you know I'm just in one of those 'less is more' kind of moods. I'm excited to see Jessie and give her this canvas tonight! Now, if I can squeeze out a few extra minutes to make a card...

PS...have you noticed I ALWAYS use the same basic layout for my canvas projects? I'm going to have to try and get more creative :-)
