Brainless Project

So, it's one of those days...Maddie is taking a nap and I'm wanting to make something crafty but I have no idea when she'll be up and the house needs to be cleaned. I attempted another card with Kristina Werner's Color Inspiration Challenge and that didn't go too well. I am fairly certain that I am coming down with a cold (okay, have a cold) and I don't know what it is, but it seems like all of my creativity goes out the window and nothing seems to come together for me. I decided it was time for a BRAINLESS project. I reached over to a box of new SU! stuff that I got recently and dug out these chipboard ornaments. Now, these aren't available yet so unless you've seen the mini catalog, you may be unsure as to what I'm talking about here. The On Board Trinkets Ornaments kit includes chipboard ornaments and DSP which has been die-cut exactly like the chipboard pieces so that you can make over 40 custom ornaments! Pretty cool, eh? I used a fairly plain ornament and chose to spruce it up with some Kiwi Kiss Satin Ribbon and a picture of Maddie from last year. The ornament took about five minutes (if that) to complete--gotta love it! I'm thinking these ornaments will be a fun addition to my Customer Appreciation Christmas Party in December!
