Beachabella is a cutie, isn't she? Even though my bikini-wearing days were short-lived and never to be seen again, I have no resentment towards Beachabella :-) When I was preparing for this Bella class, the Dirty Dozen on Splitcoast had different challenges going on every day that week. I wrote down all of the challenges and used them as inspiration for my cards. I didn't keep track of the challenge numbers or anything and didn't officially participate, but this card was inspired by a sketch that was given during those challenges. I believe it was Toy's sketch challenge...sorry, I can't remember for sure. A few of my stamp camp participants are pool junkies like me so I thought this sentiment from Time Well Spent worked well. The DSP is from Hobby Lobby (WeRMemory Keepers) and the cardstock is an InColor from last year--Marigold Morning.
For those of you who've been frequenting the blog, you know that I CASEd myself when making this card. I started making it from memory (what was I thinking!) and so I goofed up the panel with the red rectangles and ended up modifying the design a bit. I incorporated the new Scallop Edge Punch and can't really say how happy I am to have that punch! So simple to use!

Cute card Karen!

May I just say, as a participant, that bikinibella is my all-time favorite. Isn't she just adorable?! She and cosmobella are my party girls. Heck, with enough Cosmos in me, I would wear a bikini. Look out, beaches of the world! {cue Jaws theme song}
