More Pun Fun

I know, I just used this image yesterday so that isn't very exciting! Let me explain...
Today's sketch challenge asked us to use an offset oval and I thought this rocket image would be perfect for that element. I really like how this card turned out even though these are colors I would have never reached for before buying this East Coast Prep DSP. Again, I think these colors work well for a fun card for that little kid in your life. Speaking of those little darlings, I left Madeline to her own devices this morning as I worked on this card since I knew what I wanted to do and figured it would only take 10 minutes or so. BIG MISTAKE! She came into my studio and was COVERED in chocolate! I had no idea where she would have gotten chocolate and so I followed her trail and found a box of Milk Duds had been poured out all over the carpet. Also on the carpet were chunks of caramel which had been spit out after all of the chocolate had apparently been sucked off. Do you know how difficult it is to get caramel out of the carpet?!? It isn't easy so I must go attend to it. I have it soaking and I'm going to try and steam clean what's left of the chocolate/caramel stains all over the living room!! Note to self: Maddie can easily grab things off of the kitchen counter!!

THis card is so cute! YOur whole blog is fabulous, I'm definitely adding you to my Google Reader! Thanks for visiting my blog and especially for the tip about treating my clear stamps. I don't know why I didn't think of that, I have to do the same thing with the SU solid images a lot of times. Thanks again!
