Scraps

As I mentioned the other day, I cleaned up my studio and made a few cards along the way. Now, funny thing is...my studio is a MESS already and it hasn't even been a full 72 hours. Ugh...it's like laundry--neverending! Now, not to be a complete whiner (in other words, prepare yourself for whining), I have had 'one of those days'...I missed an appointment and am just frazzled. I decided I needed a minute to just regroup so it was a perfect time to share a card that I made the other day since a new card right now is sadly out of the question. The card base was left over from my stamp a stack as was the ribbon and gray scrap. The Urban Garden DSP was just a scrap I came across and I trimmed it down to fit on the card front. I probably could have made it slightly narrower because I really didn't have room to stamp a sentiment on the bottom like I had initially planned. I added the sentiment using some of my silver Hodgepodge Hardware and I colored the brads using a blue Copic marker. It doesn't match the Not Quite Navy as well as I had hoped, but it works!
