Pocket Silhouettes

Pocket Silhouettes was one of the sets I had marked right away in the new catalog and I was thrilled when I saw it was on sale! It includes four simple silhouette images and two small sentiments. I tried eyeballing the placement of the sentiment here and I probably could have used the help of a stamp-a-ma-jig to line it up a little better with the focal image, but it was acceptable enough and I had a short window of time to create so I just went with it! You know how that goes, right? I used a variety of papers from the Urban Garden DSP collection and finished the card with the new Kiwi Kiss satin ribbon. That ribbon is fabulous and the only thing that upsets me about it is that it's only available in this one color. I suppose my pocketbook is happy about that :-) Well, I guess it's official that Urban Garden is my new favorite paper and Upsy Daisy is my new favorite set SO it's only fitting that I have an event featuring those items. How about on World Cardmaking Day? Details will be posted soon!

I hope you had a fabulous Labor Day weekend!
