Another Card using My $24 Tree Stamp

I guess you could say I'm in a card-making mood today. I was thinking about the challenge and how the card I made the other day for Kristina Werner's color challenge would have been perfect so I decided to make another card using that tree and my circle punches. This time I chose to work with Old Olive because I didn't want to have the exact same color combo. I also changed the layout a bit. I don't know if I really described in my other post exactly how the tree was done. I stamped the trunk and the top in Close to Cocoa and then stamped some small accent circles in Chocolate Chip and Old Olive. I also stamped some larger accent pieces using the Old Olive which were then popped up using dimensionals. The smaller pieces were simply applied with a glue pen. So, I am calling this my $24 tree stamp simply because the set was $24, but I really just had to buy it for this tree--I LOVE it and can see myself using it a lot so I'm not complaining! Well, Maddie's nap isn't going to last much longer so I suppose I should take care of some of my domestic responsibilities.....OR catch up on my DVR shows. Wonder which I'll choose?

I laughed as soon as I saw your post header. I knew exactly what you meant. At least you used it two times, that is a plus. Neat card!
