I was heading off to bed and I decided to check the Splitcoast forums to see if tomorrow's (well, technically today's) challenge had been posted yet. Sometimes it is posted by midnight EST so I like to look at it and mull it over while I'm trying to fall asleep at night--gives me something to think about, ya know? Well, it was posted and it asked us to make a card smaller than a 4.25" square and I figured that sounded like something I could do in just a few minutes so instead of going to bed, I went to work. I just got this stamp set called Anniversary Birds from Verve Visual in the mail today and I was all about inking it up as soon as I could. I had seen a card recently on Jen Del Muro's blog previewing this set and I knew I had to have it so I ordered it the day it was released. Yes, I know...I have a slight problem with patience (among other things :-) So anyway, I whipped this little gift card up and will probably make mini cards all day long because they're fast and fun. I used nothing but scraps and got this card done in about 5 minutes so you gotta love that!
Stamps: Anniversary Birds by Verve Visual
