GREAT NEWS!

I just found out this morning that a card I submitted to Cards Magazine is being PUBLISHED in their August 2008 issue!!!!!! I am SO EXCITED!! Poor Madeline has no idea what's going on--Mommy is smiling and crying and dancing all around the living room with her! I told you last week I had some baby shower invitations that I was saving to share, well I had submitted them for publication and one of them with a coordinating 'thank you' card has been picked up to be published!! AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! So, it looks like I'll be sharing this one in particular after August 2008 :-) They said that in some cases they have to cut some of the pieces from the actual publication due to space constraints so there's no guarantees, but I'm hopeful that won't happen. After seeing some other bloggers out there who had been published, I was inspired to at least try and I'm glad I did! So, thanks to Kristina Werner, Carolyn King and Dawn McVey whose blogs and experiences all in one way or another inspired me to submit something for publication. Maybe now, YOU will be inspired! Go ahead and get published!
