WCMD: Card #4

This card has got to be one of the quickest cards I've ever made! I purchased an 8x8 Glitter Stack a while back and since I hadn't even opened it yet--I decided to use some of the paper for this card. I decided to cut the glittery background paper into 4" squares which is how we ended up with this 4.25" square card. The sentiment is from a retired Stampin' Up! set called, It's a Party and is stamped in Basic Black onto Whisper White cardstock. The scalloped ovals were punched using my Marvy Uchida Mega Oval Punch and Giga Oval Scallop Punch.
